JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. in Dallas is seeking an Export Specialist to facilitate movement of products via ocean and air, in line with policies and laws, and to deliver customer service on bookings, rates, documentation and issue resolution.
You will prepare export documents, coordinate cargo pickup, communicate with authorities and clients worldwide, obtain spot rates, track shipments, and maintain files. Requirements include 3 years of export experience (air/ocean), familiarity with U.S.

Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.
The role of the Export Specialist is to facilitate the movement of products, equipment, and materials out of the country via ocean and air freight, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, and to comply with relevant local, country and international laws and processes. In addition, this role provides customer service with regard to bookings, rates, document production, accounting, agent interaction and problem solving.
