The Export Traffic Reefer Client Support Specialist manages data for international shipments for a specific type of equipment called temperature-controlled units (reefers container) and provides support for many steps of the transportation process. Works with direct clients, freight forwarders and NVOCC. Helps in executing all the steps required to process the reservation of an export shipment. Considering the complexity of the type of unit managed and the specific needs and special handling required this is an advance clerk position that requires special training.
This role requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role, unless required off-site duties are being performed.
