Qualifications

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with carriers to ensure timely planning, pick up, and delivery of inbound and outbound material.
• Coordinate flow of material between El Paso and Juarez.
• Utilize Outlook, Excel, SAP, and Livingston Reports to monitor incoming material.
• Ensure compliance with CTPAT regulations and secure dock operations.
• Support Transport Operations by creating and publishing KPI reports.
• Manage exports by inspecting incoming material against packing slips.
• Report discrepancies to Juarez buyers and handle customs paperwork.
