Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in distribution operations or logistics.
• Fluent English and Spanish written and spoken.
• Knowledge of US/Mexico customs regulations and classification.
• Ability to meet date/time driven deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel.
• SAP experience; Livingston Reports preferred.
• Understanding of import/export processes.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-resolution skills.
• Housekeeping is a must; area must be clean and organized.
• Must be able to operate forklifts and squeeze clamp trucks.

Responsibilities

• Work with carriers to ensure timely planning, pick up, and delivery of inbound and outbound material.
• Coordinate flow of material between El Paso and Juarez.
• Utilize Outlook, Excel, SAP, and Livingston applications to monitor incoming material.
• Ensure compliance with CTPAT regulations (dock doors closed when not in use, authorized personnel only, gates closed).
• Support Transport Operations by publishing regular KPI reports.
• Manage exports by inspecting all incoming material against packing slips.
• Report discrepancies to Juarez buyers.
• Ensure to hand out all Aduanas and Customs paperwork to driver.
• A small amount of travel may be required; some overtime.
• Other duties may be assigned; classify MRO, Chemicals and Raw Materials for Export.
