Formación

• Associates Degree and two years of distribution or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Capable of working in a high paced environment and prioritizing workload based on goals.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to cover OT and weekend needs as they arise.
• SAP knowledge and experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Process shipping and receiving transactions and verify shipment accuracy.
• Ensure DOT bill of lading accuracy and proper copies to carrier and files.
• Maintain DOT and AOS records: orders, serials, packing lists, inspection docs.
• Coordinate inventory transfers and SAP report generation for parties.
• Communicate with Truck Yard, Yard drivers, and DC Lift operators.
• Create reports for Shift Supervisor and Department Manager.
• Comply with CTPAT requirements and security procedures.
• Assist with daily carrier communications and special projects.
