Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven project management experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing initiatives across multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, dashboards, and status reports.
• Strong documentation skills including SOPs, procedures, and job aids.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering multiple compliance initiatives.
• Establish milestones, dependencies, ownership assignments, and timelines.
• Coordinate activities across multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and deliverables.
• Identify risks, delays, and obstacles proactively.
• Drive issue resolution and elevate concerns when appropriate.
• Create and maintain project dashboards and status reporting tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly executive project updates.
• Monitor performance metrics and implementation progress.
• Facilitate meetings across compliance, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate training initiatives and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, procedures, job aids, and implementation documentation.
• Document project decisions, approvals, and compliance control implementation records.
