Responsibilities include using the Kitchen Display System, maintaining quality and presentation, and following sanitation guidelines. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service.
• Comply with federal, state and local serving regulations.
• Operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize KDS to manage service flow and prepare items to spec.
• Ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold.
• Organize table orders in expo area by tickets.
• Complete side work and station maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle re-cooks and allergen orders.
• Expedite food for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar.
• Maintain a friendly, team-focused attitude.
• Support service team to generate repeat business and avoid complaints.
