Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to understand and comply with proper food handling and serving techniques and with federal, state and local serving regulations.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.
• Attention to details with good organizational and efficient time management skills.
• Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain the flow of service and prepare items to spec.
• Ensure high-quality preparation and presentation of food items.
• Organize table orders in the expo area according to tickets.
• Complete side work and station maintenance.
• Set up, clean and organize the work area before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Expedite service for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar areas.
• Maintain a friendly attitude and support a teamwork-based environment.
• Assist service team to create new and repeat business and reduce guest complaints.
• Other duties as assigned
