Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring an Expeditor to ensure craveable food for guests in takeout and dine-in settings. The role focuses on coordinating orders, managing ticket times, and supporting seamless service.

Ideal candidates will multitask in a fast-paced team environment, possess strong English communication, and deliver excellent customer service. Flexible shifts and training are provided to promote within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Clear spoken English and attentive listening to staff and guests.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and on time.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
