Job summary

Hopkins and Company is seeking an aboyer (Expo) to join our hospitality team in Atlanta, GA. This role supports food quality, timing, and guest experience by coordinating between front of house and back of house and ensuring accurate ticket communication.

You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and food safety knowledge; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The position offers competitive pay ($18–$20/hr) and benefits for eligible full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a clean, organized expo station according to brand standards.
• Work as a team, assisting colleagues with guest interactions and bar duties.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and communicate with management about next steps.
• Adhere to uniform policy and report for duty on time.

We are looking for an aboyer (Expo)to join our team of hospitality professionals. Holeman and Finch is a classic gastropub,presentingartisanal twists on classic dishes with a whole animal, whole vegetable philosophy. With a robust wine list and original, inspired cocktails, there's something for everybody at every time of day.The charming space is filled with cozy booths and over 150 pieces of thoughtfully curated art. In every corner, the restaurant nods to the vibrant arts scene found in Midtown. This rolemakes $18-$20 based on experience.

What is the Job?

As an aboyer, you will work closely with the front of house and back of house team to ensure food quality and timeliness. You will play an essential role in efficient and smooth ticket times and guest experience. You are responsible for ensuring consistency of product and accurate ticket communication.

What are the responsibilities?

• Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, steak temperatures, and production times
• Ensure orders are cooked and presented accurately according to the ticket and recipe
• Coursing and plating orders in a timely manner
• Communicating between the front of house and back of house on special requests, allergy information, and 86’d menu items

• Work as a team player, helping your fellow team with guest interactions and bar duties to contribute to a positive working environment
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and openly communicate with your manager and fellow service team about next steps
• Consistent adherence to the uniform policy
• Reports for duty on time and manages one’s shift, communicating with the management team when leaving their station for breaks or family meal
