Primanti Bros is seeking an Expo team member to support busy periods by coordinating with the kitchen and service staff and ensuring timely, accurate food delivery. The role emphasizes quality, accuracy, and efficient communication across front- and back-of-house teams.

You will uphold safety and sanitation standards, restock the Expo area, and complete opening/closing tasks. Experience with fast-paced dining and a team-oriented approach is highly valued.

Qualificações

• Proficient knowledge of the menu.
• Clear, direct communication with Kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail during peak periods.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation policies.

Responsabilidades

• Know the menu inside out and assist guests with orders.
• Coordinate checks with the Kitchen and ensure dishes are plated per spec.
• Communicate errors or remakes efficiently to maintain quality.
• Ensure expo items reach tables or the bar quickly and accurately.
• Restock expo area and prepare supplies for shift changes and closing tasks.
• Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists; assist with cleaning as needed.
