The Club at 12 Oaks in Holly Springs, NC is seeking a friendly Host / Expo to join our Food & Beverage team. You will greet guests, assist with seating, and coordinate communication between the kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate, timely delivery of meals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with seating guests and maintaining an organized and welcoming front-of-house environment.
• Coordinate communication between servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
• Act as the primary expo point during service, ensuring food is properly presented and matches the order before leaving the kitchen.
• Confirm food orders are complete, accurate, and properly garnished before delivery.
• Organize completed food orders by table and communicate with the appropriate server.
• Assist servers with running food to tables when needed.
• Monitor ticket times and communicate delays or issues to management and service staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, expo area, and surrounding service areas.
• Assist with side work, restocking, polishing, and other opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all Club standards.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to members and guests throughout the shift.
• Assist with maintaining a smooth flow of service during busy periods.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional member experience by welcoming guests, coordinating communication between the kitchen and service team, and ensuring food is delivered accurately and efficiently.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.

Schedule:

Part-Time Available

Weekend and evening availability is strongly preferred. Schedule may vary based on Club events, dining operations, and business needs.
