Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders for service and ensure accuracy.
• Quality control—check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen.
• Timing management—ensure all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service.
• Maintain flow—keep the pass area organized and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.
