YOKOZUNA BENTON LLC is seeking an Expo to coordinate orders, ensure accurate and well-presented plates, and manage timing in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Bentonville. You will keep the pass area organized and ensure hot items are served hot and cold items served cold.

Qualifications

• Previous Expo experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for presentation.
• Excellent communication and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders.
• Quality control — check each plate for accuracy, portions, garnish, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen.
• Timing management — ensure that all items for a table are ready at the same time for smooth service.
• Maintain flow — keep the pass area organized and clean and ensure hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold.
