Job summary

Ruby Tuesday is seeking an Expo position to ensure timely food preparation and accurate orders across TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar areas in Saint Peters, MO. You will work with service and kitchen teams to expedite deliveries and maintain quality.

Responsibilities include using the Kitchen Display System, verifying temperatures, organizing expo flow, and upholding safety standards while delivering friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service.
• Understand and apply proper food handling and serving techniques and regulations.
• Operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.
• Attention to detail with good organization and time management.
• Professional attitude with effective listening and communication skills.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Kitchen Display System to maintain service flow and prep items to spec.
• Ensure food quality and temperature is correct.
• Organize expo area table orders by tickets.
• Complete side work and station maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized work area before, during, and after shift.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Expedite food for TueGo, Catering, dining room, and bar.
• Maintain a friendly attitude and support teamwork.
• Help drive guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Other duties as assigned.
