Qualifications

• Previous expeditor experience preferred in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Food quality control: inspect dishes before they leave the kitchen and ensure accuracy.
• Timing and coordination: synchronize orders so all dishes for a table are ready together.
• Order accuracy: cross-check tickets and communicate dietary requests to the kitchen.
• Garnish and presentation: ensure plating meets standards and plates are clean.
• Communication: relay order status and guest requests between kitchen, servers, and management.
• Cleanliness and organization: keep expo area tidy and well-stocked.
