Responsibilities

• Food Quality Control: Inspect dishes before they leave the kitchen to ensure quality and presentation.
• Timing and Coordination: Coordinate timing of orders with the kitchen to keep courses synchronized.
• Order Accuracy: Cross-check orders against tickets and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Garnish and Presentation: Ensure proper garnishing and plating according to standards.
• Communication: Relay order status between kitchen, servers, and management.
