Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu is hiring an Expo to ensure timely cooking and coordinated service for each table. You will relay orders between the kitchen and front-of-house, stage prep, label and refrigerate items, and keep the line clean and organized while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant expo or kitchen experience, strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen or expo experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication with front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are cooked in a timely fashion for complete table service.
• Communicate between service staff and kitchen to maintain quality and timing.
• Perform opening/closing duties and keep stations stocked and clean.
• Label, date, and refrigerate prepped items; follow safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and safe working environment.
