Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Handler to screen cargo in accordance with TSA rules. The role requires completing a 4–8 week training and certification before mobilization to the assigned location. Pay is hourly and candidates must meet security and logistical prerequisites.

The position involves CCSP training, X-Ray and canine handling, maintaining records, and caring for an assigned dog. Home living with inspections is required; travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Must obtain Known Traveler Number (KTN) within 4–6 weeks.
• Must obtain SIDA badge within 4–6 weeks.
• Must obtain Security Threat Assessment (STA) for Airport Badge within 4–6 weeks.
• Must have valid driver's license with a clear 3-year driving record; REAL ID compliant.
• Must pass applicable program testing and certifications within 4–6 weeks; maintain certs.
• Must have reliable transportation with climate-controlled vehicle for canine transport.

Responsibilities

• Participate in CCSP training to search cargo and identify threats.
• Conduct authorized representative duties related to X-Ray, physical search, and trace detection.
• Perform Handler duties while commanding a trained working dog.
• Maintain training records for all certifications and canine.
• Care for assigned canine and ensure living arrangements comply with inspections.
• Willingness to travel; schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned.
