What Does a Tire Sales & Installer Pro Do?

Tire Technicians play an important role in keeping customers safeon the road by performing tire installation, repair, maintenance,and inspection services.

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic vehicle maintenance services
• Safely operate automotive tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Assist customers with tire and vehicle service needs in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills
• Deliver a positive and helpful customer experience
• Communicate with customers, team members, and vendors
• Create service requests and review invoices with customers
• Recommend appropriate tire and service solutions
• Help achieve store sales and service goals
• Mount, balance, and repair tires
• Perform oil and filter changes and preventive maintenance
• Complete vehicle courtesy checks and inspections
• Assist with tire installation and related service work
