Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Western PA/Eastern OH is seeking Tire Sales & Installer Pros who enjoy helping customers and staying active. You will combine customer service with hands-on automotive work.

The role covers tire installation, inspection, and service, with opportunities to grow within a company that values hard work and dedication. Competitive pay with benefits and commissions are available.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Acceptable MVR and background check.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Lift 20–80 pounds regularly throughout the day.

Responsabilidades

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and inflation.
• Assist customers with tire and vehicle service needs in a professional manner.
• Deliver a positive and helpful customer experience.
• Create service requests and review invoices with customers.
• Recommend appropriate tire and service solutions.
• Help achieve store sales and service goals.
