Automotive Technicians at Flynn's Tire perform a wide range ofdiagnostic, maintenance, and repair services to keep vehicles safeand operating efficiently.

• Perform Pennsylvania state inspections and emission testing
• Complete wheel alignments

Auto Technician I

$18–$20/hr

• Tire-focused work, basic maintenance, and alignments
• Hands-on training from day one
• Eligible for tire incentives
• Earn 4% of mechanical labor billed

Auto Technician II

$19–$21/hr

• State inspection and emissions certification (where required)
• Increased productivity expectations (50%+)
• Toolbox at the store
• Earn 4–6% monthly mechanical labor incentive

Auto Technician III

$21+/hr

• ASE certifications and diagnostic capability
• Higher productivity expectations (70%+)
• Advanced repair work
• Earn 7–10.5% monthly mechanical labor incentive

Master Auto Technician

$23+/hr

• Master ASE certification and advanced diagnostics
• Highest level of technical skill and shop capability
• Earn 7–10.5% monthly mechanical labor incentive

Requirements for Auto Technician Positions

We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who areeager to learn and grow with our team.

• Valid Driver's License
• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs
• ASE Certification Preferred
