Exyte US, Inc. seeks an Expert Quality Manager to lead the QMS across EPC projects in the US region. You will develop, implement, and continuously improve quality governance, ensuring ISO 9001 alignment and client satisfaction.
The role involves audits, site visits, mentoring QA/QC staff, and providing quality input from proposals through project execution. The position is office-based with site visits during project set-up, audits, and critical milestones.
The Expert Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS). The role focuses on quality governance, standardization, and project support from Proposal phase, prequalification process throughout Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, etc. ensuring alignment with international standards and sector-specific requirements across Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, and Datacenter projects. The position operates primarily in an office-based setting, with site visits required for Project Set up phase, audits and critical milestones.
The Expert Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and continuously improving quality standards across all projects and all phases, starting from Proposals, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, regulatory requirements and Client expectations. This role conducts also audits across the Region, mentors staff and drives enhancements in the overall Quality Management System (QMS). The Expert Quality Manager is accountable for managing the Quality program to ensure comprehensive project execution, delivering superior quality and achieving customer satisfaction.
High-level strategic negotiation skills with multi-national internal and external partners, including the willingness to solicit and consider varying inputs and opinions, to make appropriate recommendations and tough decisions aligned with the Exyte project’s objectives.
