The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field with 7+ years of PM experience, willingness to travel up to 30-75%, and a strong track record in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing/industrial/military sectors.
• Associate’s Degree with 10+ years of experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre-project documentation (charter, management plan, kickoff, estimates, milestones).
• Ensure design progress and deliverables meet key components and milestones.
• Coordinate bid package development and release for construction bidding and field execution.
• Direct and execute installation, construction and commissioning of projects.
• Manage adherence to milestones, scope and change approvals using engineering methods.
• Provide construction management and plant startup assistance to ensure project success.
