Job summary

Xylem seeks a Senior Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites in a safe, efficient manner. You will work with civil and mechanical equipment, conduct installations, and identify safety issues on company and customer assets.

You’ll interface directly with customers and may travel to multiple sites and technologies. We value hands-on problem-solvers with backgrounds in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, diesel, or construction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen.
• Clean driving record.
• Water treatment experience highly preferred.
• HVAC experience highly preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience.

The Role

The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes works with civil and mechanical equipment conditions, conducts installations and can identify and remedy safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and potentially works at multiple sites / with multiple technologies. Critical thinking in this role is a critical item.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $32 to $36/hourly. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.
