Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites in a safe, efficient manner. You will troubleshoot pro­actively, work with mechanical/electrical/diesel equipment, perform preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory, and address safety issues on equipment.

• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Job Summary:

The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment conditions, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). Has direct interfacing with customer and may be responsible for work in multiple systems/locations/customers.

Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent

Pay Rate & Benefits

The estimated pay rate for this position is $25-$28 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
