Job Summary

• The Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.
• This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, working with mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, maintaining parts inventory, and identifying and correcting safety issues involving both Company and customer-owned equipment.
• This position has direct interaction with customers and may involve work across multiple systems, locations, and customer sites.
• Water treatment experience is preferred but not required.
• To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization.
• Take care of Company property.

Driving Requirements

• Completion of Driver Application for Employment
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Driver Disclosure and Release

Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work experience preferred 2-5 years of technical work experience, including industrial or commercial process water experience
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances, such as TWIC, DISA, etc.
• Clean driving record
• May have industry-specific license(s)

Skill Requirements

• Electrical, mechanical, diesel, and/or fusion experience depending on business unit
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices
• Customer service experience
• Demonstrated critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly
• Ability to use customer experiences and technical knowledge to develop solutions and achieve results, including in novel or unexpected situations

Compensation

The estimated pay range for this position is $26 to $29 per hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
