Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Onsite Experimental Parts Procurement Coordinator in Ankeny, IA. You will support experimental manufacturing with routings, inventory control, material transfers, and issue resolution for smooth production flow.

The role requires strong MS Office, Excel, and drawing interpretation skills, with experience in SAP and CAD tools. Bachelor’s preferred; 12-month duration with 1st shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to read 2D drawings and interpret prints, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit manufacturing routings for experimental builds.
• Generate programs for fabrication operations.
• Review manufactured part prints.
• Monitor production inventory and forecast needs.
• Transfer stock between departments and maintain records.
• Coordinate with Supply Management on parts and stock.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel and MS Office.
• Occasionally design and model simple parts for shop use.
• Troubleshoot part requests and laser programs/routings.
