Dear U (The Bubble) in New York City seeks an Experiential Storytelling & Performance Specialist to design, develop, and deliver performance-based experiences inside the Bubble House flagship store. This role turns ordinary retail moments into memorable fan experiences through live performances, immersive storytelling, and interactive guest engagement, collaborating with Marketing and Store Operations.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theatre or related fields,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theatre, Acting, or related field.
• Experience performing in front of live audiences or creating interactive guest experiences is a plus.
• Strong improvisation, creativity, and guest engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deliver live performances for merchandise stations, fan experiences, and seasonal campaigns.
• Create scripts, cues, and guest interaction guidelines for retail staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Store Operations to weave brand storytelling into performances.
• Continuously develop new concepts to encourage repeat visits and engagement.
