Aesop in Los Angeles seeks a Retail Consultant to engage customers with authentic conversations, tell compelling product stories, and build personalized regimens. You will drive KPIs, deliver remarkable experiences, and maintain store standards in a dynamic retail setting.

The role emphasizes customer-centric selling, hands-on product demonstrations, and ongoing learning through product and campaign trainings. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer-focused retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate products.
• Ability to build tailored customer experiences and regimens.
• Flexibility to work 3 full days per week including at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal performance by contributing to store goals and KPIs.
• Agree and execute a SMART monthly commercial plan with the Store Manager.
• Use data and insights to optimize performance and opportunities for growth.
• Lead customers to product areas and demonstrate products effectively.
• Deliver a memorable customer journey from welcome to follow-up.
• Support stock, inventory and store presentation as part of retail essentials.
