Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Project Manager to oversee print and fabrication projects, collaborating with Sales, Solutions, Design, Production and Installation teams. You will manage scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring flawless delivery from start to finish.

A strong understanding of substrates, installation processes, and manufacturing is essential. You will communicate with clients at every stage, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with internal teams to meet high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in print project management or experiential marketing projects.
• Experience with Corebridge and Smartsheets is a plus; proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients through weekly meetings and daily touchpoints.
• Manage budgets ranging from $5k to $2.5m+ and ensure adherence to specs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, Production, and Installation teams.
• Assess client needs and site constraints to determine manufacturing and installation requirements.
• Develop and oversee project timelines from manufacturing to delivery and installation.
• Supervise vendors, subcontractors, and on-site partners.
• Submit weekly status reports to management and coordinate with departments.
