Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Program Specialist to support Retail Sales and Operations. You will coordinate product rollouts, merchandising tracking, and data analysis across teams to ensure accurate information and effective execution.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience required.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support product rollouts with Field Sales Representatives and Retail accounts.
• Review merchandising and marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to improve merchandising, promotions, pricing, and other retail initiatives.
• Provide timely communication to sales teams and customers to support execution.
• Develop and maintain planogram tracking processes for accuracy and visibility.
• Organize mailings across Retail teams to support in-market execution.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly competitive shop analyses across retail accounts.
• Manage online marketing assets including room scene and swatch images.
• Coordinate internal admin processes including documentation and sales materials.
• Support special projects, including merchandising development initiatives.
