Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify venues and assist in multi-market site selection and negotiation.
• Manage vendors to ensure flawless execution and optimize ROI.
• Handle administrative oversight and budgeting.
• Provide weekly status updates on program results and staffing.
• Coordinate event logistics (properties, staff, routing, etc.).
• Support all event budgets and vendor invoices; assist with crisis management.
