Job summary

Follett Higher Education, a leading campus retailer, seeks an ELP Team Member in Philadelphia. You will greet customers, answer inquiries, and ring up purchases on the POS system while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You will assist with training, ensure shelves are stocked and priced, and support safe money-handling procedures. Availability must meet business needs, with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimal travel (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with inquiries, process orders online, and ensure hassle-free customer experience.
• Operate POS system, handle payments, balance cash drawer, and process employee/faculty discounts.
• Perform data entry for books and merchandise as directed.
• Restock shelves, set up displays, and maintain store appearance.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures, including EAS checks.
• Other duties as assigned.
