Job summary

Follett Higher Education’s Experiential Learning Platform (ELP) Team Member role is based in the campus bookstore, focusing on exceptional customer service, greeting customers, answering inquiries, and processing purchases using the POS system.

The position supports training new team members, keeps the sales floor stocked and properly priced, and maintains safety and loss prevention standards. It’s a student-facing, on-site opportunity at the campus store.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Minimal travel: less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries, delivering a hassle-free service.
• Operate POS, process payments, and apply discounts.
• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and help with displays.
• Perform data entry/order placement as directed by manager.
