Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in career services, student affairs, human resources, event coordination, or operations.
• Proficiency with Handshake and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist delivery of experiential programs including cohort registration and scheduling.
• Vet new programs and partnerships for relevance and quality.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach to drive engagement.
• Maintain accurate student tracking data in Handshake and CRM.
• Support campus events and career fairs logistics.
• Oversee FWS processes and liaison with Financial Aid.
