Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least five years of professional experience in higher education.
• Experience in career services, employer relations, HR, or staffing is preferred.
• Knowledge of academic programming and experiential learning.
• Strong organizational skills and problem solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office with report and database skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with businesses, community partners, alumni, and other stakeholders to provide experiential learning opportunities for students.
• Assist with program development, events, and service projects linking students with partners.
• Expand professional development through experiential learning activities and workshops on/off-campus.
• Coordinate and maintain documentation of experiential learning participation in databases.
• Organize training and usage of program software like Purple Briefcase and StandOut.
• Collaborate with academic staff to initiate experiential learning programming.
