Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with four years' related experience; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in Arts and Humanities or a related academic field is expected.
• Four+ years in student services, career services, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and conduct orientation sessions and workshops for students in the Arts and Humanities Experiential Learning Program; coordinate applications, interviews, and placement in opportunities.
• Identify and maintain relationships with corporate, nonprofit, and government partners to create experiential learning opportunities.
• Supervise student internships and service projects; ensure alignment with policies and promote career readiness.
• Organize faculty orientation and development related to the program; track outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Maintain records and databases of student engagement; track post-graduate outcomes.
• Represent the School of Arts and Humanities at recruitment events and student fairs.
