Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years' related experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in an Arts and Humanities academic field.
• Four years' experience in student services, career services, HR or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain partnerships with corporate, nonprofit, and government entities to create experiential learning opportunities.
• Supervise student internships and service projects, ensuring alignment with policies and student development.
• Organize faculty orientation and development related to the internship program.
• Assist in evaluating program effectiveness through data collection and analysis.
• Represent the School at recruitment events and student fairs; track post-graduate outcomes.
• Generate reports showcasing program growth and student success.
