• Knowledge of employer recruiting strategies, job markets, and admissions processes.
• Knowledge of career development theory and job search methodologies.
• Experience in internship program administration or experiential learning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career counseling and coaching to students and recent alumni.
• Develop, manage, and grow internship and experiential learning opportunities.
• Foster employer relationships and manage events and partnerships.
• Design and deliver comprehensive career programming and workshops.
• Lead assessment, operations, and staff development within the office.
