Lehman College, part of The City University of New York (CUNY), is seeking an Academic Internship Specialist to coordinate experiential learning opportunities within Arts and Humanities. The role focuses on developing employer partnerships, supervising internships, and guiding students toward career readiness.
Responsibilities include organizing orientations, managing partner relations, and measuring program outcomes while ensuring adherence to college and governmental policies.

Bachelor's degree and four years' related experience required. Master's degree preferred. Experience in an academic field within Arts and Humanities. A minimum of four (4) years of experience in student services, career services, human resources, or a related field is required. Experience in managing partner relationships and creating professional development opportunities for college students or young professionals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of students, employers, and campus stakeholders effectively.
