Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant assessment or education experience.
• Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with faculty to build assessments quickly, reviewing items for issues.
• Proctor student assessments and troubleshoot software/testing devices.
• Generate and maintain accurate assessment reports.
• Administer assessments with approved accommodations.
• Provide quality customer service to students and staff.
• Obtain and maintain NCTA Proctor Certification.
• Understand and follow confidentiality requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
