Qualificações

• Must be an incoming or current AU student with an active Federal WorkStudy (FWS) award.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manage large datasets.
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn new software and work processes.
• Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Data Management: collect data from reports and manage it in Excel; categorize, curate outreach lists, and standardize written responses.
• Outreach and Communications: manage [e-mail] inbox; request data from faculty/staff; respond to inquiries.
• Other Duties: perform additional tasks as assigned; ensure data integrity and adherence to SOPs.
