Job summary

Pinch Creative in New York seeks a Creative Production Manager to own the operational graphics production pipeline across experiential programs. You will translate design intent into organized, production-ready assets while maintaining quality, visibility, and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

This role bridges Creative and Production, coordinating graphics development, managing workflows, and partnering with Creative, Account, and Production teams to deliver fabrication-ready concepts.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in experiential production or related fields.
• Experience managing graphics production workflows for experiential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite workflows and production file management.
• Experience partnering with Creative Directors, Designers, Production Artists, and Production teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced agency environments.
• Understanding fabrication processes and installation workflows.
• Experience with Asana, Google Workspace, and production tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own graphics production workflow from design development through production handoff.
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and timelines across Creative and Production teams.
• Ensure artwork meets production specifications and is ready for fabrication.
• Maintain version control, asset inventory, and release documentation.
• Support onsite graphics installations and field changes as needed.
• Translate creative decisions into organized production workflows.
