Job summary

You will supervise a team of part-time staff and coat check attendants, train staff, collaborate with vendors and departments, and support events and hall rentals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a diverse F&B team in live events.
• Experience managing seasonal staffing and payroll.

• Ability to develop training guidelines and on-site guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring high guest service standards.
• Schedule staff up to 30 and manage payroll for concessions, bars, and add-ons.
• Coordinate with marketing, sponsorship, and external partners on offerings.
• Develop training guidelines, policies, and guest experience initiatives.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with liquor laws.
• Provide on-site support for events, hall rentals, and merchandise sales.
• Monitor inventory and vendor relationships to maintain adequate resources.
