Job summary

DraftKings is seeking an Events & Experiences Specialist to lead the planning and execution of large-scale national events and hospitality programs. You will coordinate budgets, timelines, staffing, and on-site execution while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in experiential events, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel and work non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experiential events or related experience.
• Experience managing complex event production, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor negotiations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel and work nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the production lead for planning and execution of large-scale events and national programs, managing budgets, timelines, staffing needs, logistics, contingency plans, and on-site execution.
• Manage vendor and agency relationships while researching and sourcing vendors, execution partners, and other resources that support event objectives.
• Support the translation of creative concepts and business objectives into comprehensive production strategies.
• Partner with the VIP Team and cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback, identify key learnings, and develop repeatable practices that strengthen future events.
• Represent the DraftKings brand at events while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for attendees.
