Job summary

Jack Morton Worldwide is seeking an Estimator to develop detailed cost estimates for trade shows, exhibits and experiential environments. You will review CAD drawings, specifications and design documents to complete quantities and cost projections, collaborating with Sales, Design and Production to ensure accuracy and feasible budgets.

The role requires 3+ years in estimating for exhibits or related fields, with strong math, Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience within exhibits, experiential marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication and production/installation processes.
• Experience reviewing architectural drawings and CAD files.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for trade shows, exhibits, experiential environments, branded activations, and permanent installations.
• Review proposals, renderings, CAD drawings, specifications and design documentation to complete quantity take-offs and evaluate project costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Design, Production and Fabrication teams to clarify scope and identify cost considerations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value-engineering solutions while maintaining design intent and quality.
• Obtain and evaluate pricing from suppliers and fabrication partners to support estimates and feasibility.
• Maintain estimating tools, cost databases and pricing resources for consistent projections.
• Prepare estimates and documentation for internal reviews and client presentations.
• Review project requirements, historical costs and production data to improve estimating accuracy.
