Star in Minneapolis designs and manufactures experiential environments for exhibits, retail, corporate spaces and events. The Estimator develops cost estimates and timing for proposals, integrates graphics, design, production and service estimates, and helps set budgets.

You will generate, communicate and maintain estimates, support value engineering, and present final proposals with margin analysis. Flexibility to travel up to 5% and willingness to work peak hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive estimating experience in tradeshow, retail or similar industry (e.g., construction).
• Strong understanding of costs, margins, and value engineering.
• AutoCAD familiarity and proficiency with Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 5% and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Establish, produce and implement project budgets and estimates.
• Establish and produce cost estimates for proposals.
• Produce, design and manufacture estimate for projects.
• Integrate graphics, design, production and service estimates for final proposal.
• Lead pricing strategies and margin analyses for client bids.
• Organize meetings and present estimates to stakeholders.
• Support transitions from estimating to Project Engineering.
