Job summary

Jack Morton is seeking an Estimator to craft detailed cost estimates for trade shows, exhibits, and branded environments. You will review CAD drawings, proposals, and design docs, and work with Sales, PM, Design, Production, and Fabrication teams to validate scope and costs.

You will identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining design intent and quality standards. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating experience in exhibits and experiential environments.
• Ability to review proposals, CAD drawings, and design docs to estimate costs.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, PM, Design, Production, and Fabrication teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for trade shows, exhibits, and permanent installations.
• Review proposals, CAD drawings, specs, and design docs for take-offs and costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify scope and cost drivers.
• Identify cost savings and value-engineering opportunities while preserving design intent.
• Prepare estimates and documentation for internal reviews and client presentations.
• Maintain estimating tools, cost databases, and pricing resources.
