Job summary

Derse, Inc. is seeking an Estimator to support our Dallas area division. This role involves preparing quotes, collaborating with the creative team on budgetary guidelines, and maintaining estimating records in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's or Associate degree, at least 5 years of experience in the live event and trade show industry, and advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Join us and contribute to unique and exciting projects!

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in live event and trade show industry required.
• Ability to read and accurately interpret sketches and blueprints.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team and perform ballpark estimates.
• Use estimating templates and communicate client-specific rates.
• Review online estimate schedule and meet established due dates.
• Participate in detail meetings and maintain estimating records.
• Prepare quote proposals based on labor, material, and subcontracted costs.
• Prepare budgetary guideline proposals for show services and production work.

Skills

Education
